Opera singer Isabella Scholte first studied at the Hochschule für Musik in Dresden, and went on to graduate from the Rotterdam Conservatory in 1997. This soprano has a large and varied repertoire, from a range of operas ('Nabucco', 'Die Zauberflöte') to performances with Within Temptation at the Sportpaleis in Antwerpen. She has performed main roles in musicals by Joop van den Ende, such as 'Elisabeth' and 'Titanic'. The singer has performed on CDs by Miss Montreal and Ben Saunders, toured through theaters at home and abroad, and appeared as a soloist with a range of choirs and music companies. Scholte is also one of the three ladies of Noblesse Oblige, and in partnership with Esther Floor, arranges the music for this group.
For corporate events, Isabella Scholte regularly appears a classical soprano, performing repertoire from opera, musical and cross-overs to pop hits. She is one of the few trained opera singers to be equally at home in both classical and pop and jazz styles. Isabella may be accompanied by harp, guitar or piano, or simply with a professional quality backing track.
